OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  You have elected to apply and enroll in Global Travel International (GTI)’s Independent Travel Agent program.

2.  The term of your contract is twelve months from the date of enrollment certification.

3.  If you’ve elected the full payment option, your payment in the amount of $249.00 for your Membership plus activation fees in the amount of $9.95 will be billed upon enrollment certification. If you’ve elected the three payment option, your initial payment in the amount of $99.00 for your membership, plus activation fees in the amount of $9.95 will be billed upon enrollment certification.  With the three-payment option, for the next two months thereafter your credit card will be billed the amount of $99.00 for each remaining installment.  Each payment of $99.00 will provide you with service for one month until the final payment is made at which point your membership will be valid until the expiration of your current term.  These charges will be billed to the form of payment that you provided us today.
4.  This agreement will renew automatically at the end of each twelve (12) month period at the full term commitment rate unless GTI elects not to renew your Membership or you notify us of your intent not to renew thirty calendar days prior to the expiration of the respective twelve month period.

5.  You will have fourteen calendar days from the date of your enrollment certification to evaluate and test the program risk-free. If at any point in time during these first fourteen calendar days you wish to cancel, you may do so by calling GTI’s Member Services Department during these first fourteen days and you will be given a cancellation confirmation number. You agree that your membership will not be canceled until you receive such number.

6.  If you do not cancel during the first fourteen calendar days, we will assume you have elected to continue in the GTI Independent Travel Agent Program and you will be obligated to complete the remaining term of the contract. We will be unable to refund any monies paid after the risk-free period has ended.

8.  The Premium Item of Free Gift included in your offer is available to GTI Independent Travel Agents only if applicable. By accepting the Premium Item or Free Gift, you agree to be bound by the supplying party’s Terms and Conditions for redemption of the Premium Item or Free Gift. You will receive your Premium Item or Free Gift 4 to 6 weeks after your membership has been validated. If you elect to cancel your GTI Independent Travel Agent Membership, the Premium Item or Free Gift will be retained by GTI and GTI will not be obligated to send you anything further.

9.  You also agree to be bound by GTI’s Membership Terms and Conditions, which may be modified from time to time at GTI’s sole discretion. These Terms and Conditions will be included in your Membership materials, and may also be accessed anytime at Membership Terms and Conditions.

10.  By submitting your personal information you understand and agree to this offer.

11.  GTI reserves the right to discontinue this offer at anytime in its sole discretion.
